Pupils visit Liverpool’s galleries in preparation for GCSE Art exam

Art pupils in Liverpool's Walker gallery

Artists from the fifth year spent a day in Liverpool earlier this week in preparation for their forthcoming GCSE exam.

Visiting the World Museum and Walker Art Gallery, pupils spent time looking at works by the likes of Rembrandt, Turner, Degas and Giacometti.

The trip forms part of pupils’ research gathering leading up to the final GCSE timed exam piece later this term.
