Biologists in Shropshire

Based at the Preston Montford field studies centre near Shrewsbury, our pupils spent their time in the field covering all the practical ecology components of the A2 biology course.

Biologists studying freshwater

Hydroseral succession (how plant species change within a water environment), heather moorland management and freshwater ecology were all explored to help our pupils study sampling techniques and data collection and analysis, including biological statistics and data presentation.
