Junior School pupils were full of ideas at our latest School Council Meeting as they proposed lots of great suggestions.
Representatives from each class spoke to their classmates to gather their thoughts on activities and ideas that could be implemented within the school.
Suggestions were wide ranging and included thoughts on how to improve the lunchtime dining experience, building modifications and the possible introduction of new sports and after school clubs.
Deputy Head Mr Milnes, who was chairing the meeting, said: “The School Council is a great mouthpiece for the pupils and I enjoy hearing the ideas that they come up with. They are ideally placed to give a different perspective on things which could further enhance their experience at school and we take their suggestions very seriously”.
