Careers Office

Careers advice begins well before GCSE choices are made and we have a dedicated Careers room which is available to all pupils and offers information on options and university courses.

The Careers Co-ordinator is pro-active in maintaining business links so that we can offer substantial work placement opportunities for pupils after GCSE.

Senior staff working closely with local businesses, parents and former pupils are able to provide a balanced and up-to-date source of information, guidance and advice on all aspects of employment and higher education.

A regular programme of careers talks is organised in school, together with a large Careers Convention held every two years, which is open to those in the Fourth Year and above.

More information about our career advice provision can be found here.
