Silver Award
At the age of 15 and having completed the Bronze Award, we encourage our pupils to continue to the next level - Silver. If pupils finish a section at bronze they can sign up for Silver and begin that section at Silver level.
Requirements
- Volunteering - 6 months
- Skills*
- Physical Recreation*
- Expeditions - plan, prepare and undertake a 3 day, 2 night venture
*One Section for 6 months and the other Section for 3 months
Participants who do not hold their Bronze Award must undertake a further 6 months in either the Volunteering or the longer choice of the Skills/Physical Section.
If pupils want to enrol directly at Silver level then they must attend the enrolment evening held for Bronze participants in May.
