The children benefit from many opportunities to be part of their local community, and the School makes its facilities and expertise available to local residents and to other education providers. Here are just some of the ways in which we are involved:

• Community service projects and Duke of Edinburgh's Award voluntary work with local schools and charities
• Use of Stockport Grammar School sports facilities by local schools and clubs
• Children from local schools invited to attend study days, music days and theatre productions
• The local community invited to attend music and drama productions
• Staff exchanges with local schools
• Charity fundraising
• Summer Activity Weeks

We encourage applications for places in the school from families from all backgrounds. Subject to certain criteria, the School is able to provide some limited assistance with fees.
