Assistance with fees

The school is able to offer limited fee assistance to those parents whose income is such that they would not otherwise be able to pay full fees. In addition to the bursary scheme for entry at age 11, a small number of Sixth Form bursaries are also available.

Parents whose income to 5th April 2012 exceeds £55,750 will not qualify for assistance.

Those parents whose income is less than £20,850 may be offered full remission of fees.

Assistance towards the cost of school uniform, school meals and travel costs (for children who live more than 3 miles from the school) will be available for those parents who satisfy the particular eligibility requirements for such additional assistance.

If you wish to be considered for a bursary please tick the appropriate box on the application form. The school has insufficient resources to satisfy the demand for assistance each year and bursaries are awarded as laid out in the school’s bursary and admissions policies. Further details can be obtained from the assistant bursar on 0161 419 2401.
