Chicago: Postponed to September

We regret to inform you that the school is postponing the performances of the musical Chicago scheduled for Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th, Friday 20th and Saturday 21st March.

The company that holds the performing rights to the show have agreed to allow us to postpone the performances until September. We look forward to enjoying the pupils’ wonderful performances and will announce the dates in due course.

Chicago (High School Edition)

In roaring twenties Chicago, chorine Roxie Hart murders a faithless lover and convinces her hapless husband, Amos, to take the rap…until he finds out he’s been duped and turns on Roxie. Convicted and sent to death row, Roxie and another “Merry Murderess,” Velma Kelly, vie for the spotlight and the headlines, ultimately joining forces in search of the “American Dream”: fame, fortune, and acquittal.

Kander and Ebb’s legendary and award-winning musical about fame, fortune and acquittal has been adapted in this High School Edition to be content-appropriate.
