Mr Anthony ‘Tony’ P. Redfern (OS 1955)
Stockport Grammar School was saddened to receive the news of the death of Old Stopfordian, Mr Anthony P. Redfern (OS 1955) on Thursday 10th March 2022, following a long illness.
The school was notified by Mr Redfern’s lifelong friend and fellow Old Stopfordian, Mr Brian Oldham (OS 1955).
Mr Oldham recalled Mr Redfern was a member of Arden House and played Rugby and Tennis for the house, as well as Rugby for the school. After leaving Stockport Grammar School Mr Redfen attended Manchester University.
