Senior School Hours

Senior School

School hours are 8.40am to 3.50pm, Monday to Friday.

School opens at 7.45am and pupils may stay at school until 6pm without additional charge. Breakfast is available in the Dining Room from 8am.

Parents are reminded of the after-school procedures:

First to Fifth Years

Unless supervised by a teacher (for example in an co-curricular activity), pupils must either leave the premises by 4.15pm or work in the Library which is open until 5.30pm. Once the library is closed pupils can work in the Sixth Form Work Room until 6pm. All pupils must leave the school site by 6pm. Pupils staying at school after the end of the day are expected to remain on the school site until they leave for home.

Sixth Form

Unless supervised by a teacher (for example in an co-curricular activity), pupils must either leave the premises by 4.15pm or work in the Library which is open until 5.30pm, or their Sixth Form Common Room, Sixth Form Work Room or Sixth Form Quad until 6.00pm. All pupils must leave the school site by 6.00pm. Pupils staying at school after the end of the day are expected to remain on the school site until they leave for home.
