  • Junior School Prefects and Captains prepare for an inspiring year

    Every pupil in Year 6 has the chance to apply to become a prefect which gives them the perfect opportunity to experience a position of responsibility. Our pupils relish the opportunity to lead by example and they are looking forward to being role models for children in the lower year groups.

    We are delighted to announce that Tim Wheeler, Headmaster of Stockport Grammar Junior School, has been awarded an MBE for services to charity and to education in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

Studios, a concert at the world-famous Manchester Arena and the continuation of their rehearsals for this year’s Year Six Production, Mary Poppins.
