Beyond the Classroom

Stockport Grammar School has an active and comprehensive co-curricular programme and the range of activities we provide means that whether your child is sporty, musical, dramatic, thoughtful, competitive, curious, caring or creative, there is something to inspire.

Both Senior and Junior school pupils are encouraged to find an activity they like, sign up and challenge themselves. Our activities cover various areas including competitions, music, performing arts, sport and talks and presentations. Most of our co-curricular activities are free of charge.

ISI Inspection 2019 – Pupils excel in a wide range of creative and physical pursuits and are supported in their achievements by the wide-ranging extra-curricular programme, very good sports facilities, and excellent teaching and specialist sports coaching.

Music
