Parents’ Association Meetings
Our meetings, at which everybody is most welcome, give direct insight into school life, along with the opportunity to meet fellow parents.
Heads from both the Junior and Senior Schools give outlined reports on recent events and future plans and keep us up to date with changes in the educational climate. These moves are so rapid that these briefings are vital.
The Stopfordian Parents’ Association committee report their plans, give details in regard to their financial account and relay future diary dates.

Annual General Meeting
The SPA hold an Annual General Meeting in the Governors’ Room every year. The date for this year’s AGM was Thursday 28th September 2023.

| Annual General Meeting | Thursday 28th September 2023 | Governors’ Room | 6.30pm | All parents are warmly invited to attend the AGM. The meeting will commence at 6.30pm and last approximately one hour. Refreshments will be provided.
There will be a discussion about the Christmas Fair and there will be reports from the Chair and the Treasurer, who will provide a financial update. Funding projects will also be discussed, together with events for the remainder of the 2023-2024 academic year.
