Tours and Open Events
We would be delighted to welcome you for a school day tour. To arrange your visit, please contact the Junior School Headmaster’s Secretary Mrs Beverley Cheyne at email@example.com or call 0161 419 2405.
We are holding a Junior School and Nursery Open Event on Saturday 18th September 2021, 9.30am-12pm. Booking is essential and you can secure your place by completing this booking form.
Stockport Grammar Junior School is a busy and exciting environment for children to flourish, to get a taste of the activities that inspire the children explore the Junior section of our website and follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
All of our open events are designed to show you and your family important aspects of life at Stockport Grammar School. When you visit, you will be able to see how our latest building project, a new purpose built Pre-Reception classroom and additional outdoor play and learning spaces, will create a sense of adventure and exploration for our pupils.
If you can’t make it to SGS, we are able to offer you the opportunity to have a private and interactive virtual tour with the Junior School Headmaster.
During the tour you will ‘meet’ with the Headmaster, Mr Matthew Copping, who will talk to you about the school and the broad education which we provide and give you a virtual tour of our excellent and extensive facilities.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your child’s specific needs and your expectations.
You are welcome to book a tour whether or not you have already visited on a prior occasion.
Virtual visits are available now and an appointment can be booked by emailing Mrs Cheyne on firstname.lastname@example.org.
